Check your email for your registration confirmation. If you did not receive it, please contact us at support@concations.com 

Please make sure the information you submitted is accurate and that you used your legal names as they appear on your passport. Your names booked at the hotel must match or you will have problems checking into the hotel. 


Next Step:  Complete Your Booking - Please pay your Invoice now or ASAP. You should receive an invoice by email shortly, Usually within an hour or so, but typically not more than 24 hours. 

You must pay your deposit ($400 for single or double rooms or $600 for a triple room) or the first payment as noted on your invoice to complete your registration and hold your room. We cannot book your room without a deposit. 


Note: after March 20, 2024, invoices must be paid in full to book your room.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

  1. The Kinky Caribbean staff will confirm your room type availability for your selected dates and send you an invoice with your confirmed details (typically within an hour or within 1-2 days).

  2. If your chosen room types are not available, we will offer your second or third choice room type if available. If not, you will be given other options such as a different room type or a waitlist.

  3. You can change your room type (subject to availability) and add or change roommates prior to the event by using the registration changes form.

  4. Please ensure the booking information on your invoice is accurate. Please submit a ticket if anything is not correct or contact us at support@concations.com. We usually respond to tickets within an hour or two.

  5. Please pay your invoice in full or your deposit of $400 per room or $600 for a triple room within 48 hours to hold your spot. If booking after March 20, 2024, invoices must be paid in full at time of booking. Your registration is subject to the registration terms.

 

Pay your deposit or invoice within 48 HOURS - Please pay your deposit upon receipt. 

  • Because the resort rooms tend to sell out this time of year, we cannot hold your room and require payment to book your room. After March 1, payment of 50% is required. Starting March 20, payment in full is required to book. 

  • If we do not receive your deposit within 48 hours of your booking, we may need to cancel your registration. You can still reinstate it if you pay later if the room is still available. Once your room category is sold out, you will have the option to book a more or less expensive category if available. 

  • If you are not able to pay your deposit within 24 hours, please message support@concations.com.

  • If the resort is sold out, you will be added to a wait list.

  • Your invoice will have a payment schedule to pay your balance in two payments. If you need a different schedule, please submit a ticket  or contact us at support@concations.com. 

  • Payment in full must be made 120 days prior to your arrival or your room and registration may be forfeited. 

 

FLIGHTS - Please submit your flight information!: 

  • After your deposit is paid, book your flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica and please fill out the flight Info form

  • We need your flight information to confirm your bus transfer, to be there for you when you check in, and to plan event programming. 

  • Please send flight info by April 15 to ensure we book your bus for your arrival time and so you don't have to wait more than 10-20 minutes. 

  • NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TO MONTEGO BAY (airport code MBJ) ( not Kingston).

 

PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED - Check your expiration date now!

  • Make sure your passport is not going to expire during your travel dates.

  • Please do not wait to get or renew a passport as it can sometimes take months.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you purchase all of the following: 

  • The resort's change for any reason waiver.  This was automatically added to your invoice unless you opted out. if you opted out, you can still purchase it here within seven days of your booking.

  • Travel insurance that covers cancellation, lost items, and health coverage with medical evacuation. For more info see this article

 

EXTRASExcursions, Bus Transfers, Waivers, and T-Shirts!

  • If you opted out of the excursions, bus transfers, resort waiver, and/or T-shirts, you can add them any time, subject to availability, with the reservation change form to add them to your invoice or through our store .(T-Shirts!, Excursions).

  • Waivers must be purchased when booking . T-shirt deadline will be posted, The. Bus Transfer price may increase within 45 days of the event per the bus transfer company policy.   

 

Attendee Email Blasts

  • We well send periodic updates and information via email to all registered attendees, including increasingly important information as the event approaches. 

  • We will also archive the emails for attendees-only for those that missed a blast or for those that want to see the blasts sent prior to their registration. Site access is here:
